Ceulanydd features the photographic art of Joseph Ceulanydd, a fine art photographer based between Lithuania and Wales.
Joseph’s work carries the weight of belonging and displacement. There is an echo of solitude within his images — a sense of standing slightly outside the world, observing its fleeting light and fragile details.
Before becoming a father, Joseph travelled widely, seeking new horizons and unfamiliar landscapes. Fatherhood has since reshaped his way of seeing. Living between two lands and raising his sons far from his roots, his photography becomes both a witness and a search — holding fragments of memory, longing, and the quiet truths he hopes to pass on.
Through his lens, he explores themes of memory, impermanence, and emotional landscapes — spaces where beauty and loneliness often coexist. He invites the viewer to pause, to contemplate, and to feel the subtle layers of what it means to be human.
